从海西的地域特点和发展阶段出发,海峡经济区的发展,要发挥“弓箭战略”优势——借力珠三角和长三角,实现闽台合作,发挥内地广阔的腹地、资源、人力资本等优势,发挥台湾的管理、技术和国际市场运营等优势,两岸联手,共同走向世界,在世界范围内谋发展。而实施“弓箭战略”的关键在于构建闽台和谐城乡群。推进闽台和谐城乡群建设的建议有,深入挖掘发展两岸特色产业;进一步增强两岸交流,在更广领域更深层次持续开展合作;共同规划加强宣传,齐心协力共谋发展。
Starting from the geographical characteristics and stage of development in the Straits, the development of the Straits Economic Zone should give full play to the superiority of “bow and arrow strategy” - leveraging on the cooperation between Fujian and Taiwan and taking advantage of the vast hinterland, resources and manpower in the Pearl River Delta and the Yangtze River Delta Capital and other advantages, give play to the advantages of Taiwan’s management, technology and operation in the international market. Cross-Strait together to go global together and seek development all over the world. The key to implementing “bow and arrow strategy” is to build a harmonious urban and rural areas between Fujian and Taiwan. Suggestions for promoting the construction of a harmonious urban and rural areas in Fujian and Taiwan include: tapping the development of special industries across the Taiwan Strait; further enhancing cross-Strait exchanges and deepening cooperation in a wider area; and jointly planning to step up publicity and make concerted efforts for common development.
