目的:建立测定枳壳药材中川陈皮素、红橘素的HPLC定量分析方法。方法:采用Venusil XBP C18色谱柱(4.6mm×150mm,5μm),以乙腈-水(45∶55)为流动相,流速1.0mL·min-1,检测波长326nm,柱温25℃。结果:川陈皮素、红橘素进样量分别在0.16~3.11μg和0.12~2.34μg范围内色谱响应线性关系良好,相关系数均为0.9999;平均回收率(n=5)分别为97.9%和99.7%,RSD值分别为1.1%和0.44%。结论:本法简便、准确、可靠,可作为枳壳药材中川陈皮素与红橘素含量测定的有效方法。
Objective: To establish a method for the quantitative determination of neochostone and tangerin in Fructus Aurantii. Methods: Venusil XBP C18 column (4.6 mm × 150 mm, 5 μm) was used. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile and water (45:55) with a flow rate of 1.0 mL · min-1. The detection wavelength was set at 326 nm and the column temperature was 25 ℃. Results: The chromatograms of nobiletin and tangerine in the range of 0.16 ~ 3.11μg and 0.12 ~ 2.34μg were linear with a correlation coefficient of 0.9999 and the average recoveries were 97.9% and 99.7% with RSD values of 1.1% and 0.44% respectively. Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate and reliable, and can be used as an effective method for the determination of nobiletin and tangerin in Fructus Aurantii.
