《雷氏药学大全》(Remington’s Pharmaceutical Sciences)1980年已经出版了第16版。此次新版仍为大16开本,共1928页,附有插图680多幅,由于铅字字体缩小,较之15版(1975年)的1964页篇幅略有减少。此书不但在世界各国医药机构中和药学工作者个人手头中列为必备的参考书,就是在我国国内也为广大药工人员熟知而经常查阅。在13版之前书名为《雷氏药学实践》(Remington’s Practice of Pharmacy),系为纪念原编著者J.P.Remington而
Remington’s Pharmaceutical Sciences has published the 16th edition in 1980. The new version is still a large format, with a total of 1928 pages, with more than 680 illustrations attached.
