本文在760℃应变和应力控制下,研究了先进发动机涡轮叶片用定向凝固高温合金的高温低周疲劳行为,同时还探讨了不同晶体位向对其低周疲劳性能的影响。研究发现定向凝固合金的高温低周疲劳性可以用常规的应力疲劳曲线形式来表达。当应变控制时,DZ4合金0°取向的低周疲劳寿命比其90°取向的高达一个数量级。DZ4合金15°取向的低周疲劳性能与其0°取向的相同。
In this paper, under the strain and stress control of 760 ℃, the high temperature and low cycle fatigue behavior of the directional solidification superalloys of advanced engine turbine blades are studied. The effect of different crystal orientation on the low cycle fatigue properties is also discussed. It has been found that the high temperature and low cycle fatigue of the directional solidification alloy can be expressed by the conventional stress fatigue curve. When strain controlled, the low cycle fatigue life at 0 ° orientation of DZ4 alloy is up to an order of magnitude greater than its 90 ° orientation. The low cycle fatigue behavior of DZ4 alloy at 15 ° orientation is the same as its 0 ° orientation.
