采用HRP逆行追踪与免疫细胞化学相结合的方法对大鼠中缝背核至尾壳核的SOM能纤维投射进行了研究。结果显示,将HRP注射至尾壳核,并用HRP_PAP法联合应用技术后,在大鼠中缝背核内均可见到明显的双重染色胞体,即HRP_SOM双标记核周体,其分布具有一定的局部定位关系。这类细胞主要位于中缝背核尾侧部,且缝际区多于外侧区。表明中缝背核至尾壳核的投射,含有生长抑素样纤维。此外,在该核内还可见到数量不等的HRP和SOM能单标记细胞,它们散布在双标记细胞之间。上述结果表明,大鼠尾壳核接受中缝背核的传入投射,该投射纤维呈现SOM样免疫反应。
The combination of HRP retrograde tracing and immunocytochemistry was used to study the SOM fiber projection from dorsal raphe nucleus to caudate putamen in rats. The results showed that the injection of HRP into the caudate putamen nucleus and HRP_PAP method combined with application of technology in the rat dorsal raphe seen in the clear double staining of the body, that HRP_SOM double-labeled nuclear perinuclear body, the distribution of a certain local positioning relationship. These cells are mainly located in the dorsal part of the dorsal raphe, and the interphase area more than the lateral area. Shows the dorsal raphe nucleus projection, with somatostatin-like fibers. In addition, a number of HRP and SOM single-labeled cells can be seen within the nucleus, interspersed between double-labeled cells. The above results indicate that the rat caudate putamen receives the afferent projection of the dorsal raphe nucleus, which presents a SOM-like immunoreactive response.
