根据贵阳地区主要的气传真菌种类，制备了15种地区性真菌变应原浸液，用于一般人群，皮试阳性率为30％（153／510），过敏人群为47．9％（58／121），而北京协和医院制的对照变应原浸液二类人群皮试阳性率分别为29％（51／176）及51％（26／51），两种变应原浸液皮试阳性率无显著差异。使用地区性变应原浸液对支气管哮喘及变应性鼻炎等呼吸系过敏进行脱敏治疗，有效率达92.6％，证实自制的地区性变应原浸液有明显的针对性。
