我们培养孩子良好习惯的同时,特别要关注孩子情绪情感之动向。物质与精神的“分享”体验,可以让孩子获得快乐和安慰,自信与勇气。孩子能在分享中学会表达和调整自己的情绪、学会抒发和倾述自己的情感,从而通过管理自己的情绪情感来提高自己的情商。一、在分享活动中,解开孩子的“情绪结”情绪既是主观感受,又是客观生理反应,具有目的性,也是一种社会表达。情绪是多元的、复杂的,是多种感觉、思想和行为综合产生的心理和生理状态。
