美国一位著名现代管理学大师曾对全美最成功的90家企业的高级管理人员作过访问,得出的结论是,成功用人的管理方法离不开三大要素。 首先是权力下放。权力下放是成功领导者的必备条件,除了能令下属发挥潜能和优点外,领导者也能善用更多的时间和精力投入其他更重要的决策中去。当然,极力下放并不意味着撒手不管,领导者还要及时跟进下属的工作进度、聆听下属的意见,鼓励他们提出不同见解,接纳任何能提高工作效率的建议,并在适当时候嘉许下属,以示鼓励。
A famous American master of modern management once visited the senior managers of the most successful 90 companies in the United States.
