目的探讨表皮生长因子受体-2(CerbB-2)基因、环氧化酶-2(COX-2)基因在鼻咽癌组织中的表达情况及两者间的相关性。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测CerbB-2、COX-2基因在90例鼻咽癌组织和22例鼻咽炎性组织中的表达情况。结果鼻咽癌组织中CerbB-2、COX-2基因表达的阳性率分别为65.56%和67.78%,鼻咽炎性组织分别为31.82%和36.36%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在鼻咽癌组织中两者表达呈正相关(r=0.526,P<0.01)。结论CerbB-2、COX-2基因在鼻咽癌中以高表达方式存在,它们在鼻咽癌中的表达呈正相关,并且有可能通过共同高表达来促使鼻咽癌的发生、发展,而它们共同作用的机制有待进一步研究。
Objective To investigate the expression of cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) and cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) genes in nasopharyngeal carcinoma and their relationship. Methods Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of CerbB-2 and COX-2 in 90 cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma and 22 cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Results The positive rates of CerbB-2 and COX-2 gene expression in nasopharyngeal carcinoma tissues were 65.56% and 67.78%, respectively, and those in nasopharyngitis tissues were 31.82% and 36.36%, respectively. The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05) There was a positive correlation between the expression of the two in nasopharyngeal carcinoma (r = 0.526, P <0.01). Conclusions The expression of CerbB-2 and COX-2 in nasopharyngeal carcinoma is highly expressed. The expression of CerbB-2 and COX-2 in nasopharyngeal carcinoma is positively correlated with the expression of CerbB-2 and COX-2, and it is possible to promote the occurrence and development of nasopharyngeal carcinoma by co- The mechanism of interaction needs further study.
