本文介绍一种电站柴油机燃用掺水乳化油的随机系统,该系统采用两级乳化方式,第1级为静态混合器,第2级为液力剪切器。柴油和水经过两级乳化后形成不稳定的乳化油,不使用乳化剂,就能保证柴油机正常运行。在微机控制下,乳化油的最佳掺水率随负荷的变化而变化。作者还研究了喷油时间、喷油压力及掺水率对柴油机燃用乳化油的影响。试验证明,使用本系统可以减少燃料消耗及废气排放。
In this paper, a stochastic system for blending diesel fuel with emulsified oil is introduced. The system uses a two-stage emulsification system. The first stage is a static mixer and the second stage is a hydraulic shear. Diesel and water emulsified after two instability of the formation of emulsified oil, do not use emulsifiers, we can ensure the normal operation of diesel engines. Under computer control, the best water content of emulsified oil changes with the load. The author also studied the influence of injection time, injection pressure and water content on diesel fuel emulsified oil. Tests show that using this system can reduce fuel consumption and exhaust emissions.
