本文通过33例扩张型心肌病的分析,探讨本病心律失常的特点及临床意义. 本组病例系通过病史、临床表现、体格检查、超声心动图以及X线等检查而确定,并排除其它心脏疾患而作出诊断。男24例,女9例。常规12联心电图上出现心律失常者26例,发生率78.8％,其中12例只出现一种心律失常,14例出现两种以上心律失常,共57例次。
