体外无菌条件下分离金黄地鼠腮腺腺细胞,消化法体外培养.结果:细胞呈单层生长,具有分裂能力,维持3周以上.免疫组织化学染色绝大多数细胞角蛋白阳性,波形丝蛋白阴性.部分细胞之间呈细胞粘接分子阳性.细胞核有较强核原癌基因c—fos、c-jun蛋白表达.胞浆。α─淀粉酶呈强阳性反应.电镜观察,细胞具有完整电镜结构,偶见桥粒形成.提示:体外单层培养腮腺腺细胞可较长时间增殖、分化,建立一定细胞连接,具有蛋白合成功能.
