一、民生档案的体系组成民生档案是与百姓生活密切相关的各类档案的统称。民生档案包含的许多内容都是与百姓生活密切相关的,诸如,我们熟悉的婚姻档案、房地产档案、医疗保险档案、病历档案等。但是,由于我国目前不同地域百姓生活方式和需求热点不同,不同地方的民生档案建设也必然存在一定的差异。我国目前的各级政府对民生档案的具体包含内容也没有统一的标准,本文根据目前百姓生活内容,并结合不同地区政府的服务热点,简单地将民生档案体系内的档案大致划分为六大类:
First, the composition of livelihood files Civic files are closely related to people’s lives collectively referred to as files. Much of the content included in the livelihood files is closely related to people’s lives, such as the familiar marriage files, real estate files, medical insurance files and medical records files. However, due to the different lifestyles and needs of people in different regions of our country, people’s livelihood archives in different places inevitably have some differences. At present, all levels of government in our country do not have uniform standards for content of livelihood files. Based on the current life of the people and the service hot spots in different regions, the paper simply divides the files in the livelihood filesystem into six broad categories :
