采用两种不同方法对瑜伽经典体位最优锻炼方法——以双腿背部伸展式为例展开研究。第一种方法为根据呼吸的引导,被试者进行双腿背部伸展式的练习。第二种方法为对照组人员借助辅具进行双腿背部伸展式的练习。通过为期4周的实验,对比两组人员在实验前与实验后测试的坐位体前屈柔韧度数据,证明根据呼吸引导的方法进行的双腿背部伸展式习练为更优的锻炼方法。
Two different methods are used to study the optimal training method of yoga classics - Taking the back extension of legs as an example. The first method is based on the guidance of breathing, subjects were back legs stretching exercise.
