直肠癌是普外科常见恶性肿瘤之一,在我国呈逐年增高的趋势,直肠癌的多学科综合治疗逐渐成为研究热点。目前直肠癌多学科治疗包括术前辅助化疗和放疗,直肠癌的外科治疗及术中化疗和术后放化疗,最新的有分子靶向治疗等。以上各种治疗手段使直肠癌治疗上了一个新台阶,患者的生存时间及生活质量都得到了极大的改善。
Rectal cancer is one of the common malignant tumors in general surgery, which shows a tendency of increasing year by year in our country. The multidisciplinary comprehensive treatment of rectal cancer has gradually become a research focus. The current multi-disciplinary treatment of rectal cancer, including preoperative adjuvant chemotherapy and radiotherapy, surgical treatment of rectal cancer and intraoperative chemotherapy and postoperative radiotherapy and chemotherapy, the latest molecular targeted therapy. The above treatment makes rectal cancer treatment to a new level, the patient’s survival time and quality of life have been greatly improved.
