本文应用输精管结扎6月、25月家兔的动物模型,观察了海马培养上清胸腺细胞调节因子活性、胸腺细胞自身增殖反应性与脾脏的T、B细胞功能,及外周血巨噬细胞功能的变化.结果表明:(1)海马培养上清胸腺细胞调节因子活性、胸腺细胞自身增殖反应性,输精管结扎6月组和输精管结扎25月组与相应的对照组比较差异均无显著性;(2)ConA诱导的脾细胞增殖反应性和IL—2、IL—6活性,输精管结扎6月组均呈低值,且IL—2活性降低具有统计学意义,输精管结扎25月无明显变化;(3)IL-1活性和血浆TNF一α、溶菌酶含量,输精管结扎6月组均呈高值,且IL-1活性显著地高于对照组(P<0.05)。输精管结扎25月组与对照组比较无显著差异(P>0.05).该结果提示,结扎6月,T细胞功能开始降低,巨噬细胞功能略增强。结扎25月,T细胞和巨噬细胞功能均无明显变化.
In this paper, the vas deferens were used to ligate the animal models of June and February in rabbits. The activity of thymic cell regulators, the self-proliferative response of thymocytes and T, B cells in spleen and the function of peripheral blood macrophages Variety. The results showed that: (1) There was no significant difference between the control group and the control group in the activity of thymocytes, thymocyte proliferation, thymus, IL-2, IL-6 activity and vas deferens in June group were all lower than those in control group (P <0.05). The activity of IL-2 and IL- 1 activity and plasma TNF-α, lysozyme content and vasectomy in June group were high, and IL-1 activity was significantly higher than the control group (P <0.05). There was no significant difference between the 25-month vasectomized group and the control group (P> 0.05). The results suggest that in June ligation, T cell function began to decline, slightly enhanced macrophage function. Ligation 25 months, T cells and macrophages did not change the function.
