本文采用有限元方法计算大型构架式动力机器基础──轴系耦合振动。提出了用弹簧-阻尼单元(SP-D)模拟油膜轴承的方法。利用本文结果,可方便地考虑轴系-基础的耦合振动,更加全面地反映机器-基础的动力特性。
In this paper, the finite element method is used to calculate the shaft-coupled vibration of large-scale frame-typed power machines. A method of simulating oil film bearing with spring-damping unit (SP-D) is proposed. Using the results of this paper, the shaft-base coupling vibration can be easily considered, which can more fully reflect the machine-foundation dynamic characteristics.
