作者对91例巴金森氏综合征病人与60例非脑病组病人脑脊液神经递质及其前体氨基酸的含量进行了分析比较,发现Trp、5-HT、5-HIAA显著升高,NE、DA、Ty1明显下降,此结果为巴金森氏综合征病人的治疗和发病机理是多种神经递质代谢障碍提供了理论依据。
The authors compared 91 patients with Parkinson’s disease and 60 patients with non-encephalopathy group cerebrospinal fluid neurotransmitter and its precursor amino acid content were compared and found that Trp, 5-HT, 5-HIAA was significantly increased, NE, DA , Ty1 decreased significantly, the results provide a theoretical basis for the treatment and pathogenesis of Parkinson’s syndrome patients is a variety of neurotransmitter metabolic disorders.
