我院收治1例脑外伤后合并出血性脑梗塞运用维脑路通治愈报告如下: 刘某,男,21岁。于1987年7月11日因车祸致头部外伤1小时入院。检查:昏迷,躁动,后枕部可见3×4cm大小之头皮血肿。双侧瞳孔均为4mm,对光反应迟钝。布氏征阳性。头颅平片报告:未发现颅骨骨折。血液生化检查正常。诊断:三级脑外伤、脑挫裂伤、蛛网膜下腔出血。伤后经激素及脱水药治疗,二周后生命体征转入正常,神志转清醒,改用脑复康等药物口服。但仍失语、左侧轻度偏瘫。行脑超声波检查报告:中线波向左侧移
