6月5日,滕州市滨湖镇行政管理体制改革试点实施启动仪式在滨湖镇(政务)便民服务中心举行。山东省编办副主任孙书恒,枣庄市委常委、副市长秦元祥等领导出席启动仪式。仪式上,滕州市委组织部副部长、编办主任张传纲,滨湖镇党委书记孟祥磊分别汇报了滨湖镇行政管理体制改革试点前期准备情况和滨湖镇经济社会发展及政务便民服务中心筹建情况。市权限下放部门与滨湖镇政府现场签订了授权委托书,滕州市人大主任杨位明向滨湖镇颁授“滨湖镇人民政府强镇扩权行政审批专用章”。
On June 5, the launching ceremony of Pilot Implementation System for Administrative Reform in Binhu Town of Tengzhou City was held in Binhu Town (Government Affairs) Convenient Service Center. Shandong Province, deputy director of Sun Shuheng, Zaozhuang Municipal Committee, Vice Mayor Qin Yuan Xiang and other leaders attended the launching ceremony. At the ceremony, Zhang Chuan Gang, deputy director of Organizing Department of Tengzhou Municipal Government and Meng Xianglei, Secretary of Party Committee of Binhu Town reported the preparations for the Pilot Reform of Administrative System in Binhu Town and the preparations for the economic and social development of Binhu Town and the government convenience service center respectively. Municipal authority deregulation department and Binhu town government signed a power of attorney on the scene, Tengzhou Municipal People’s Congress Yang bitming awarded “Binhu Town People’s Government strong town expansion of administrative examination and approval seal.”
