一、概述钻塔是钻探设备的重要组成部分。它要求合理的结构参数,足够的强度和刚度以及自重轻,安装运输拆卸方便,经济效果好。为了解决好安全和轻便的矛盾,需要对钻塔进行比较精确的计算。钻塔结构多属空间超静定结构,受力计算繁杂,计算所需的时间长,设计时很难对多个方案进行比较,对快速设计先进合理的新产品是一个障碍。利用电子计算机进行“电算”是克服这个障碍,实现优化设计的一个有效手段。
First, an overview of the drilling rig is an important part of the drilling equipment. It requires reasonable structural parameters, sufficient strength and rigidity and light weight, easy installation and removal of dismantling, and good economic results. In order to solve the contradiction between safety and lightness, more rigorous calculations are needed for the rig. The structure of the derrick is mostly statically indeterminate in structure. Computational force calculation is complicated. It takes a long time to calculate. It is difficult to compare multiple schemes during design. It is an obstacle to the rapid design of advanced and reasonable new products. The use of electronic computers for “computing” is to overcome this obstacle, to achieve an optimal design of an effective means.
