用冻干辐照脐动脉(LIUA)建立狗颈动脉移植模型,观察在体内LIUA组织结构的变化。7条狗接受双侧颈动脉间置移植LIUA,术后2~10周取材进行组织学观察。14条中8条通畅(57.1%)。术后8周LIUA管腔完全再内皮化;中膜出现纤维母细胞和滋养血管,胶原纤维增生;至术后10周中膜出现平滑肌细胞。结果提示机体能利用LIUA的纤维框架重建正常动脉的组织结构。
Rabbit carotid arteries were transplanted with lyophilized umbilical artery (LIUA) to observe the changes of LIUA tissue structure in vivo. Seven dogs underwent bilateral carotid artery grafting LIUA, 2 to 10 weeks after surgery for histological observation. Of the 14 articles, 8 were smooth (57.1%). After 8 weeks, the lumen of LIUA was completely re-endothelialized; fibroblasts and vascularized nodules appeared in the media, and collagen fibers proliferated; and smooth muscle cells appeared in the tunica media at 10 weeks after operation. The results suggest that the body can use LIUA’s fibrous framework to rebuild the normal arterial tissue structure.
