随着制播分离和国家推动文化产业大繁荣发展的规划,中国的传统媒体——电视行业也不断涌现出通过资本的整合而上市的“传媒股”。我国的电视媒体行业的发展一直依托于政府体制的市场,资本的到来表明了信号,电视传媒行业将迎来发展的新阶段。对于在多元媒体环境下寻求新发展的电视媒体来说,这是支足以振奋电视行业的强心针。上市对于电视媒体来说意味着什么?如何正确理解广电机构的上市问题?广电机构上市后改革方向又是什么?记者对此专访了中国传媒大学教授袁方博士。
