新生儿晚期代谢性酸中毒(LMA)是一种与新生儿胎龄和喂养因素有密切关系的疾病,主要发生于牛乳喂养的早产儿。我科于1990年9月发生二例,报道如下。例1女,孕31周早产,双胎之大,顺产,出生体重1400g,人工喂养。于生后16天因吃奶不好2天入院。诊断早产儿极低体重儿新生儿肺炎?经抗生素等综合治疗,病情痊愈。入院后牛乳喂养,奶量递增,7天后奶量每日229~267ml/kg,热卡196~229Ca1/kg,蛋白质8~9.3g/kg。但体重增加缓慢,平均每日增长15g。血气分析:pH7.247,BE-11.7mEg/L、PO_283.9mmHg、PCO_233.9mmHg。SO_29.34%,诊断LMA。给予不规则碱性药物治疗,2
