范林庆,字子石,1930年生,浙江省缙云县人,毕业于武义初师,中共党员。先后供职于杭州市公安局、杭州市第一人民医院。现为浙江省钱江书法研究会副会长,中国硬笔书法家协会会员,浙江省硬笔书法家协会党务理事,浙江省逸仙书画院特聘书画师,缙云县政协诗书画社顾问。书法以二王为宗,工楷书,兼及行草篆隶各体,力求法古趋今,汲取诸长,自成面貌。书法作品流传国内外。为不少文化单位和个人收藏,被选入《华夏千家书画集》、《历代名人咏吴江书画集》等。硬笔书法作品曾两次在全国大赛中获一等奖。两次赴日本展出,入选中国书法家协会硬书委员会举办的全国首届硬笔书法展,出版字帖有《小学课文同步钢笔字帖》、《钢笔缩临赵孟糖字帖》、《豪放诗词钢笔字帖》、新概念钢笔书法名家字帖大全《范林庆楷书》等十余种,并参加撰写《中国钢笔书法大字典》,为浙江省教委编撰的九年制中小学写字课本书写钢笔楷书和毛笔小楷字范,共十余册。从事业余书法教学二十年,现为杭州老年大学书法教师。

Hard brush calligraphy twice in the national competition won the first prize. Twice went to Japan to exhibit and was selected as the first hard-pen calligraphy exhibition held by the hard-call committee of the Chinese Calligraphers Association. He published the “Copybook of Synchronous Pen of Primary School Text”, “Copybook of Zhamei Pen”, “ , The new concept of pen calligraphy masters copybook ”Fan Linqing regular script“ and so on more than 10 species, and participated in composing ”Chinese Pen calligraphy dictionary" for the Zhejiang Provincial Board of Education compiled nine years of primary and secondary school writing textbooks writing pen regular script and writing brush small character, A total of more than 10 volumes. Engaged in amateur calligraphy teaching for two decades, is now the calligraphy teacher in Hangzhou elderly university.
