在蘑菇生产中覆士后出菇前发生了两个偶然事情。一是塌床,为防治杂菌,曾在培养料与菇床接触处撒少量碳酸钙;二是老鼠在培养料上翻挖。发现在塌床的下层菇床的于实体形成早而密,菇峰维持的时间长。在老鼠翻挖的地方也出现类似情况。
