本文对6只花尾榛鸡的血细胞进行了透射电镜观察。结果表明花尾榛鸡血细胞的结构大部分相似于鸡血细胞。红细胞具有核,胞质内含有线粒体、高尔基复合体和自噬体;异嗜细胞的特殊颗粒具有A、B、C三种类型;嗜酸粒细胞的颗粒均质无结晶体;嗜硷粒细胞的颗粒可分为Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ型;血栓细胞具有核,胞质内有α.β两种颗粒。
In this paper, the hemocytes of 6 hazel pheasants were observed by transmission electron microscopy. The results showed that the structure of haemophilus blood cells was mostly similar to chicken blood cells. The erythrocytes have a nucleus and the cytoplasm contains mitochondria, Golgi complexes and autophagosomes; the special granules of heterophilous cells have three types of A, B, and C; the eosinophils are homogenous particles without crystals; the granulocytes are eosinophils. Granules can be divided into type I, II, III, and IV; thrombocytes have a nucleus with two kinds of α.β particles in the cytoplasm.
