应用光镜酶组化技术和显微图像分析,对注射外源性雄激素的大鼠骨骼肌纤维和支配肌纤维的运动终板的改变进行了观察,发现外源性雄激素可引起各型肌纤维运动终板面积增大,AChE含量升高,各型肌纤维直径增大,SDH含量降低,但长期作用后上述变化明显减弱或停止。应用光镜酶组化技术和显微图像分析技术,对给与外源性雄激素的大鼠骨骼肌纤维和支配肌纤维的运动终板的改变进行了定性和定量的研究,为研究雄激素对神经肌肉的作用提供形态学基础。
Using light microscopy enzymatic histochemistry and microscopic image analysis, the changes of the skeletal muscle fibers and the motor endplates of the dominating muscle fibers in rats injected with exogenous androgen were observed. It was found that exogenous androgen can cause various muscle fiber movements. As the area of the endplate increases, the content of AChE increases, the diameter of various types of muscle fibers increases, and the content of SDH decreases. However, after the long-term effects, these changes are significantly weakened or stopped. Using light microscopy enzymatic histochemistry and microscopic image analysis techniques, qualitative and quantitative studies were performed on the changes in the skeletal muscle fibers and the dominating muscle fibers of rat skeletal muscles given exogenous androgen to study the effects of androgens on nerves. The role of muscles provides a morphological basis.
