教师的心理健康水平与学生心理健康水平成正相关。教师的心理素质状况影响着学校教育功能的发挥,并且直接影响着学生品质的发展。本文分析了影响教师心理健康问题的因素,提出了提高教师心理素质的措施。
Teachers ’mental health is positively related to students’ mental health. Teachers’ psychological quality has an impact on the function of school education and has a direct impact on the development of student quality. This article analyzes the factors that affect the mental health of teachers, and puts forward measures to improve teachers’ psychological quality.
