目的了解房山区托幼机构2007、2008年消毒卫生状况,做好托幼机构的控制传染病工作。方法对托幼机构的物品表面、幼儿及教师手、空气和玩具表面等进行采样监测。结果2007年合格率为90.8%(801/882),2008年合格率为90.2%(497/551),床位数不同的托幼机构间样品合格率存在统计学差异,床位数≥50的合格率最高。结论辖区内托幼机构的消毒效果总体上良好,大型的托幼机构消毒效果要比小型托幼机构效果理想。
Objective To understand the situation of disinfection and sanitation of kindergartens and nurseries in Fangshan District in 2007 and 2008 and to do a good job in the control of infectious diseases in kindergartens and nurseries. Methods Samples were monitored on the surface of kindergartens, children’s and teachers’ hands, air and toy surfaces. Results The passing rate in 2007 was 90.8% (801/882). The passing rate in 2008 was 90.2% (497/551). There was a statistically significant difference in passing rate between nurseries and infants with different number of beds. The passing rate of beds ≥ 50 highest. Conclusion The disinfection effect of nurseries in the area is generally good. The disinfection effect of large nurseries is better than that of small kindergartens.
