用反射光谱法探讨山莨菪碱对出血性休克大鼠胃肠不同部位粘膜表层微循环血液量△Er和Hb氧饱和度(F)的影响。结果表明:1.正常麻醉大鼠胃肠不同部位粘膜△Er不同;F值未见部位差异。2.出血性休克大鼠胃肠不同部位粘膜△Er和F的降低程度不均等,以腺胃粘膜的降低为最明显,回肠次之。3.山莨菪碱10mg/kg,iv。对出血性休克大鼠胃肠各部粘膜的血液灌注均有不同程度的改善,以增加脾胃粘膜F值为最显著,回肠次之。4.山莨菪碱对出血性应激性粘膜损伤有保护作用。
The effect of anisodamine on the microcirculatory blood microcirculatory blood ΔEr and Hb oxygen saturation (F) in different parts of the gastrointestinal tract of rats with hemorrhagic shock was investigated by reflectance spectroscopy. The results showed that:1. The ΔEr of the mucosa in different areas of normal anaesthesia rats was different; no differences were found in the F values. The decrease of ΔEr and F in mucosa of different sites of gastrointestinal motility in rats with hemorrhagic shock was unequal. The decrease of glandular and gastric mucosa was the most obvious, followed by ileum. 3. Anisodamine 10 mg/kg, iv. The blood perfusion of gastric mucosa in rats with hemorrhagic shock was improved to varying degrees, in order to increase the F value of the spleen and stomach mucosa is the most significant, followed by the ileum. 4. Anisodamine has protective effects on hemorrhagic stress mucosal injury.
