选矿生产每年都要编制技术指标。怎样才能使技术指标制定得切合实际,是一项很现实的技术管理工作。白银选矿厂在编制1979年精矿品位和回收率指标时,采用了平均先进法统计。在1979年计划原矿品位已定、矿石特性已知的情况下,预报精矿品位由18％提高到20％,选矿回收率则不会下降(与1978年90.979％相比),而用“回归法”统计,则回收率降低。一年来选矿生产证明,提高精矿品位后,回收率并没有下降。下面介绍应用平均先进法
