交通运输部海事局于今年3月正式将“福建厦门”设立为中国(福建)自由贸易试验区厦门片区国际船舶登记船籍港。这意味着厦门正式成为中国自由贸易试验区8个国际船舶登记船籍港之一,国际船舶登记制正式落户厦门。今后,在自贸试验区进行国际船舶登记不受“中方投资人出资额不得低于百分之五十”的股比限制,并将实施国际船舶登记网上
The Maritime Bureau of the Ministry of Transport officially established “Fujian Xiamen” in March this year as the port of registry for the international ship registration of the Xiamen Area of China (Fujian) Free Trade Zone. This means that Xiamen officially became one of the eight international registers of registered ships registered in the Pilot Free Trade Area of China and that the International Ship Registration System officially settled in Xiamen. In the future, the international ship registration in the FTZ will not be subject to the “shareholding ratio of not less than 50% of the capital contribution of Chinese investors” and will implement the International Ship Register
