制度和谐是社会和谐的根本保证。法治社会呼唤健全且予以保证制度和谐的立法审查制度。《监督法》的公布与实施进一步完善了我国的立法审查制度,但立法审查机制依然存在若干不足。
System harmony is the fundamental guarantee of social harmony. The society ruled by law calls for a sound system of legislation to ensure a harmonious system. The promulgation and implementation of the “Supervision Law” further perfected our country’s legislation on censorship, but there are still some shortcomings in the legislative review mechanism.
