★回归后的香港于1999年发行首套普通邮票一套16枚。为适应调整邮资的需要,2002年4月1日,沿袭该普票设计风格,以当地最具特色的名胜景点为题材,发行新面值普票5枚,其中小型1.80元为香港大球场、1.90元为西港城、2.40元为浅水弯、3元为凌霄阁,中型13元为香港文化中心,是挂号邮资。另有小型卷筒票及低值小本票同时发行。高天龙设计,李子刚插图。由荷兰Joh.Enschede Security Printers以影写版印于防伪纤维纸。(图1—5)
After the reunification, Hong Kong issued a set of 16 first ordinary stamps in 1999. In order to meet the need of adjusting the postage, on April 1, 2002, following the design style of the popular ticket, the theme of the most unique scenic spots in the area was issued. Five new face value tickets were issued, of which 1.80 yuan for small size was Hong Kong Stadium, 1.90 Yuan is West Point City, 2.40 yuan for the shallow bend, 3 yuan for the Peak Tower, medium-sized 13 yuan for the Hong Kong Cultural Center, is registered postage. Another small reel tickets and low-value small ticket issued at the same time. High Denon design, plum illustration.
