目的：探讨内镜下消除食管静脉曲张的有效方法。方法：回顾性分析联合应用密集套扎术和硬化剂注射术的患者７４例。结果：经平均１次密集套扎术和平均１．４次硬化剂注射术后，食管曲张静脉全部消除，平均治疗时间２３．６天，并发症少。结论：密集套扎术和硬化剂注射术联合应用是消除食管静脉曲张的有效方法，明显优于单独应用治疗。
Objective: To explore an effective method of endoscopic esophageal varices. Methods: A retrospective analysis of 74 patients with intensive ligation and sclerotherapy. Results: After an average of 1 intensive ligation and an average of 1.4 sclerotherapy, all esophageal varices were eliminated with an average treatment time of 23.6 days with few complications. Conclusion: The combination of intensive ligation and sclerotherapy is an effective method to eliminate esophageal varices, which is obviously better than that of single treatment.
