民营经济在我区的经济发展中具有重要的战略地位,我们始终把中小型民营企业人才队伍建设纳入全区整体性人才资源开发中,不断加大人才工作力度,积极提供优质高效的人事人才服务。截止目前,全区共有427家企事业单位委托了人事代理服务,其中民营企业291家,占代理单位总量的68%,办理人事代理人员2860人,占代理总人数的61%;为我区民营企业成功引才984人,其中高层次人才38人,硕士以上15人,本科423人。
The private economy plays an important strategic role in the economic development of our region. We have always included the construction of qualified personnel in small and medium private-owned enterprises into the overall development of human resources in the region, constantly increasing the efforts of personnel and actively providing quality and efficient personnel services . Up to now, a total of 427 enterprises and institutions in the region have entrusted personnel agency services, of which 291 are private-owned enterprises, accounting for 68% of the total number of agents and 2860 for personnel agencies, accounting for 61% of the total number of agents. Private enterprises successfully attracted 984 people, of whom 38 were high-level talents, 15 were master's degree holders, and 423 were undergraduate students.
