艺术体操作为人类的文化现象之一,也同艺术一样,使人们在这些艺术活动中充分体验到身体美的本质而获得愉悦。艺术体操项目从服装、音乐以及动作的编排到器械的搭配,比其他运动项目具有更强的艺术感染力。在竞技过程中不仅按照一定的节奏,通过人体动作语言,使人体形态美在时间和空间中得以延伸,有足够数量精彩的高难动作,以此来综合体现当代竞技艺术体操美的的特点;还要从而使观众从运动员美的线条,美的动作以及美的队形图案、美的舞姿、甚至是美的音乐旋律中感受到这种艺术形式的美。
As one of human cultural phenomena, artistic gymnastics is just like art, enabling people to fully experience the essence of body beauty in these artistic activities for pleasure. Rhythmic gymnastics programs range from costumes, music and movements to equipment and have more artistic appeal than other sports. In the course of athletics, not only the rhythm of the body, but also the language of human body movement are used to extend the body shape in time and space, and there are a great number of exciting and difficult movements in order to synthesize the characteristics of modern competitive gymnastics. So that the audience can feel the beauty of this art form from the beautiful line of the athlete, the movement of the United States, the beautiful formation pattern, the beautiful dance, and even the beautiful melody of music.
