目的探索双语文献培训教学（BJC）在内分泌科研究生科研能力培养过程中的教学效果。方法在临床医学内分泌专业研究生的科研能力的培养过程中，以小组为单位，实施双语教学。教师指导学生选取恰当的英文文献进行学习，具体按照以下五个步骤进行教学院①根据学生所选的文献，教师课前认真准备案例背景知识；②学生积极预习，准备双语文献讲解；③学生教师角色互换，学生讲解，老师提问；④学生课后总结，并应用所学进行实践学习；⑤教师课后总结，并指导课后实践作业。结果对内分泌科研究生成功实施了双语文献培训，效果显著。结论 BJC教学方法可以显著提高内分泌科研究生的英语水平和科研能力，同时能激发学生学习的兴趣和热情，解决了学生学习英文文献的难题。,Objective To investigate the effects of Bilingual Joal of Club in postgraduate students majoring in endocrinology. Methods In the process of training scientific research ability of postgraduate students majoring in endocrinology, students were divided into several study groups and BJC were performed within each group. Students autonomously chose an appropriate paper under teachers’ guidance according to the following steps:①Teachers reviewed the background information in the paper selected by the students before group meeting; ②Students prepared a bilingual literature report presentation; ③Students and teachers exchanged their roles with students giving a lecture while teachers asking questions;④Students made conclusions as well as practical applications of the case and skills leed in the paper;⑤Teachers also summarized the case and guided students to practice the knowledge. Results BJC was successfully conducted, and the effects are satisfying. Conclusion BJC can significantly improve the English level and the capability of scientific research of postgraduate students majoring in endocrinology. Moreover, BJC can stimulate students’ leing interest and resolve the problems in leing English literatures.
