针对杯形件温挤压成形时模具寿命低、壁厚差较大等实际问题,重点分析了其产生的主要原因,并提出了改进工艺方案。经实践验证,改进的工艺明显地降低了挤压时的挤压力(约45%)和模具温升(约15%),并有效控制了杯形件的壁厚差,达到了提高模具寿命和零件质量的目的。
In order to solve the practical problems, such as low mold life and large wall thickness difference during cup extrusion forming, the main reasons for its occurrence are analyzed emphatically, and an improved process scheme is put forward. The practice proved that the improved process obviously reduced the squeezing pressure (about 45%) and the mold temperature (about 15%) during squeezing, and effectively controlled the difference of the wall thickness of the cup to improve the service life of the mold And the purpose of the quality of parts.
