紫金锭一方见于明代陈实功《外科正宗》卷二中。临床外用治痈疽疗疮、肿核结毒;内服治湿温时邪、呕恶泄泻等症。笔者在临床上经多年应用此方治疗内外科诸症,累见奇效,特介绍如下: 一、食管癌梗阻食管癌患者每因劳累、恼怒、感受外邪,而致吞咽困难陡然加重,症见食道分泌液增加,痰涎涌盛,滴水难进者。急取本药五片,研极细末,少少含咽(不可用水带)分4～6次服完,一般可见痰涎明显减少,吞咽梗阻显著改善,翌日可
