在武器的研制和生产中,有许多研究对象需要测量的是随时间快速变化的瞬态温度,这些瞬态温度的共同特点是温度高,变化快,测量条件恶劣,常伴有高压或高速气流流动,多为不可重复一次性过程。针对爆炸场温度测试的特殊性设计了一种瞬态高温测试系统,根据系统的测试要求选定了适合爆炸恶劣环境测试的美国NANMAC公司的E12型温度传感器,选择xilinx公司Cool runnerxpla3 cpld系列的XCR3064XL作为逻辑控制芯片。此测试系统具有体积小、低功耗、抗干扰能力强等特点,经试验证明其能够在高温、高压、高冲击、强电磁干扰环境下准确、可靠地实时测量温度场爆温参量。
