目前市售的萘啶酸、吡嘧酸(Piromidic acid),吡卟酸虽对革兰氏阴性菌有较好的抗菌作用,但对革兰氏阳性菌则无抗菌作用。而近年来研究成功的新抗菌剂,不仅对革兰氏阴性菌而且对革兰氏阳性菌也有良好的抗菌作用,既能用于尿路感染又能用于其它疾病的治疗。其中以杏林制药株式会社研制成功的AM-715为一优良的抗菌剂,其化学名为1-乙基_6_氟_1,4-氢_4_氧代_7_(1_哌嗪基)_3_喹啉羧酸。本品对革兰氏阳性菌、阴性菌均有广谱的抗菌作用,其抗菌作用比萘啶酸、吡卟酸及Miloxacin为好。其最低抑菌浓度对葡萄球菌属为0.39~1.56μg/ml,链球菌属为1.56~3.13μg/ml,大肠杆菌为
