去年12月17日至18日,北京市卫生局和北京市医药总公司在北京主持召开了异丙东碱鉴定会。有31个单位的47名代表出席了会议。异丙东碱化学名为溴化异丙基东莨菪碱,是一种新的有效的支气管扩张药。北京制药工业研究所鉴于洋金花注射液(主要含有东莨菪碱和阿托品)及氢溴酸东莨菪碱均有明显的平喘作用,但有一些不良反应。考虑到溴化异丙基阿托品平喘作用优于阿托品而副作用小,北京医药工业研究所于1978年在东莨菪碱全合成研究的基础上,对东茛菪碱进行化学结构改造,合成了溴化异丙基东莨菪碱。药理实验表明,异丙东碱抗乙酰胆碱作用
