随着社会的变迁和科技的发展,人类的地域界限早已被打破,跨国界、跨区域的交流正不断深化和扩大。我校地处新一轮开发区内,周边的居民大都来自五湖四海、异国他乡,每一个孩子的家庭又存在着不同的文化底蕴,形成了一个“小国内移民区”。我们的教师也是来自于全国各地,文化差异不尽相同。建立错位发展的激励机制教师是学校的主体,是学校发展的动力。
