美国人泰伦司.迪尔和艾伦.肯尼迪在《追求卓越》中,研究了美国80家成功企业后得出结论,特有的企业文化是通用、IBM、3M等著名企业获得成功的根本原因之一,进而把企业文化视为企业的精神和灵魂。世界范围内又有许多案例表明,企业的失败首先表现为企业文化的失败,文化失去了顾客的认同,文化也失去了凝聚企业职工的作用。因此,企业文化及其建设对于企业的生存和发展具有极其重要的意义。
Americans Taylor Lundeer and Allen Kennedy in the “pursuit of excellence”, after studying the 80 successful companies in the United States concluded that the unique corporate culture is the root cause of GM, IBM, 3M and other famous enterprises to succeed One, then the corporate culture as the spirit and soul of the enterprise. There are many other cases in the world that show that the failure of enterprises first manifests as the failure of corporate culture, the loss of cultural identity of customers, and the loss of the function of cohesion of enterprise employees by culture. Therefore, corporate culture and its construction for the survival and development of enterprises is extremely important.
