本文观察了绞股蓝总皂甙对大鼠实验性血栓形成,家免血小板TXB_2及主动脉环6-keto-PGF_(1α)生成的影响。结果显示绞股蓝皂甙明显抑制小鼠血小板血栓及静脉血栓形成,血栓平均重量分别下降34%和68%;对家兔血小板TXB_2和主动脉环6-keto-PGF_(1α)的生成亦有明显的抑制作用,IC_(50)分别约为1.07、1.15mg/ml,表明绞股蓝总皂甙对血栓形成及花生四烯酸代谢均有抑制作用。
This article observed the effects of Gypenosides on experimental thrombosis, home-free platelet TXB_2 and 6-keto-PGF_ (1α) generation in aortic rings. The results showed that gypenoside significantly inhibited platelet thrombosis and venous thrombosis in mice, and the average weight of thrombus was decreased by 34% and 68%, respectively; and platelet TXB 2 and 6-keto-PGF_ (1α) were also significantly inhibited in rabbits. The effect of IC 50 was about 1.07 and 1.15 mg/ml, respectively, indicating that gypenosides have inhibitory effects on thrombosis and arachidonic acid metabolism.
