应用大剂量氨基半乳糖Wistar大鼠腹腔注射(1800mg/kg体重),可导致实验动物出现广泛的肝细胞变性、坏死,其血生化学变化、血浆氨基酸改变及脑电图表现均与临床暴肝患者的相同。说明大剂量氨基半乳糖腹腔注射,可以复制出典型的暴发性肝功能衰竭动物模型,应用于暴肝时黄疸、出血、肾功能障碍及肝性脑病发生机理的实验研究。
Intraperitoneal injection (1800 mg/kg body weight) of high-dose galacto- oligosaccharides in Wistar rats can lead to extensive hepatocyte degeneration and necrosis in experimental animals.
