目前腹腔镜手术在我国得到了极大地开展，我院于1993年3月～1997年3月成功地完成了腹腔镜乳癌卵巢去势术11例，现报告如下。至临床资料全组共11例，年龄28～49岁，平均43．5岁。乳癌临床分期为D～W期，全部病例乳癌根治术与腹腔镜卵巢去势术同时完成。腹腔镜手术时间18～65min At present, laparoscopic surgery has been greatly promoted in China.
