[目的]调查都匀及其相近生态环境中的野生茶树资源,挖掘和培育本地优势茶树品种。[方法]通过资源调查和扦插试验选择出了具有不同物候特性的高产优质原生茶树品系。[结果]在同一立地和相同气候条件下,不同无性系的腋芽萌动期不同,最早的在2月19日开始萌动,最晚的到3月25日才开始萌动。芽叶数与芽叶重呈极显著正相关,其相关系数为0.8682。芽叶分枝数的方差分析与F检验结果表明,都匀毛尖原生茶树不同无性系(品种)的芽叶分枝数差异极显著。无性系都匀67、都匀12、都匀70、都匀15、都匀63和都匀79的芽叶分枝数显著高于其他66个无性系,分别为57.667、44.667、38.500、37.333、36.500和34.500。[结论]筛选出了6个高产优质原生茶树品系,即都匀79、都匀49、都匀48、都匀21、都匀67和都匀42。
[Objective] The research aimed to investigate the wild tea tree resources in Duyun and its similar ecological environment and tap and cultivate the local superior tea tree varieties. [Method] The high quality and high quality primary tea lines with different phenological characteristics were selected through resource investigation and cutting experiment. [Result] The axillary buds of different clones had different germination periods under the same habitat and the same climatic conditions. Earliest germination started on February 19 and the latest germination started on March 25. The shoot number and shoot weight were extremely significant positive correlation, the correlation coefficient of 0.8682. The results of variance analysis and F test showed that there were significant differences in shoot branch number between different clones (varieties) in the native tea plant of Duyun tip. The number of shoot branches in clones Duyun 67, Duyun 12, Duyun 70, Duyun 15, Duyun 63 and Duyun 79 were significantly higher than those in the other 66 clones, which were 57.667, 44.667, 38.500, 37.333, 36.500 and 34.500. [Conclusion] Six high quality and high quality native tea lines were selected, namely Duyun 79, Duyun 49, Duyun 48, Duyun 21, Duyun 67 and Duyun 42.
